My Story

I chose a different path.

That decision began more than three decades of study in movement, yoga therapy, and holistic healing. Now I guide others to move beyond chronic pain and reclaim freedom in their bodies.

Through movement training to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, combined with breath practice and hands-on work, we unwind pain patterns, restore alignment, and help your body relearn ease and stability.
