This is not a consultation, not a sales call, not generic corrective exercise.

It is applied alignment, breath mechanics, nervous system regulation, and intelligent movement — specific to you.

What We Do

We look at how you sit, stand, walk, and brace.

We assess your spine, hips, ribcage, legs and core as one system.

We identify the compensation patterns that are organizing your pain.

Then we reorganize them.

Through guided movement, breath practice, and alignment adjustments, your body experiences what stability and ease actually feel like.

My Background

At 17, a diving accident left me unable to sit, stand, or sleep without pain. I was told I might never compete again and might need medication long-term.

For over three decades I’ve studied movement, therapeutic exercise, yoga therapy, breathwork, trauma-informed nervous system regulation, and energetic integration.

The Back Pain Freedom Method was built from lived experience and refined through years of working with clients who were told their pain was permanent.

Through movement training to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, combined with breath practice and hands-on work, we unwind pain patterns, restore alignment, and help your body relearn ease and stability.
